Hubspot places their partners in tiers using a combination of metrics, insights on monthly recurring revenue (MRR), retention, software engagement, and actual inbound marketing success. The threshold for a Gold partner is set at $3,000 sold and managed MRR. To qualify for tiering, organizations need to have a valid Partner Certification and a median app usage of at least three apps across accounts. Once those criteria are met, tiers are determined by the amount of clients brought to HubSpot and the number of HubSpot clients that have been managed over time. This promotion to the next level for Matthew Deal’s inbound marketing enterprise only means that there will be even deeper growth in the months to come.
